Return & Refund Policy

At petjoyk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically refunds for canceled orders are completed within 3-5 business days.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase in your cancellation request. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds will typically include the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately.

For credit card payments, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed back to your PayPal account. In cases where refunds are delayed beyond our stated processing times, we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
